Learning any new discipline requires the acquisition of specific vocabulary. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is particularly arduous for the French-speaking student or practitioner, as both concepts and terms, culture and writing are completely unknown to him.
This book comes from notes written by a student during her own TCM studies, initially for her own use, before the idea of her publication arose.
The first part is a simple lexicon to facilitate learning and understanding of the basic terms used in TCM.
The second part first groups the names of the acupuncture points according to their order of appearance on the meridian, then in alphabetical order. The aim is to facilitate communication between students or practitioners using one or more nomenclatures.
